i talked to her for a minute and i feel a little better but the same strange feeling is here. the crying that won't stop, and i am not even sure why i don;t feel like it is me crying.

i woke up to crunchy noise and spit out part of a tooth. it clinked down the drain. so now i broke my tooth and now i will have to go to the dentist and it hurts.

but she is right and i am glad. so i took all the little pills with some water and i brushed all my other teeth and my mouthpiece and i am going to go back to bed now.

before i go, a word of advice...be smarter than me. don't grind your teeth when you sleep.
