no sleep...wrong door

"i'm going to go deep-fry myself" goes on the new quote page.

called mom and gave her the words of the day. just so she has the heads-up since i have dinner plans.

slept not at all. fitfully...gave it a damn good effort. took two blue pills.

now it is almost time for lucky number three.

she laid there, in the twilight between sleep and awake. and just when things got quiet, she heard knocking...from no where, apparently.

i applied for more jobs last night. we'll make it through that part fine...this other, well...even i am willing to give it a week. one week.

before i start blowing shit up.

also, i want to fix everything...the yard and the fence before august.

blowing shit up and fixing things as two related thoughts...it works.

i am looking forward to tonight. a nice, conversation-filled dinner i'm not cooking. hope the plans continue to hold.
