scale reads 117, after dinner.

potential for problem is more than i thought.

maybe i really do have a tape worm.

i get the body distortion. i do. cause i don't see me the way others do i suppose. but i don't think i have an eating disorder, i think it just flows through me and my body doesn't absorb anything anymore. hasn't since i had my gall bladder removed when i was 24.

don't know.

i am going to take off the backspace key and the delete key and see what happens i think.
