yesterday was busy with stuff. running errands and busted radiator hoses and lots of phone calls.

today i have kept things mellow. i need a little soothing. but i did answer the phone a few minutes ago.

funny...i really thought once i had taken the test and sent it back, that nothing would come of it. that they would score the tests and i would be normal. (or it would all be in my head)

that they would check the box and say i was really fine.

but they just called, and i go in next week to give them history before meeting with the OT to set up a "home treatment program".

working on me.

speaking of, i have 'other therapy' homework to do.

i feel really good about what i am doing. i am important to myself.
