ironically, that was exactly what i needed.

like a cold shower on a hot day or cocoa on a cold one.

i needed to be reminded.

so i'll mark this moment with the knowing.

knowing that i don't feel bad.

knowing that i was/am right.

therapy was good today. got some stuff lined up.

got some other stuff out of the way.

look good in my clothes today. my old clothes.

today is a good day for enjoying me.
