in other places, some sad news today. unexpected and very sad. i am very sorry for your loss. i wish i could do something. maybe there will be something i can do.

it is pretty fair to say my house is open to any dogs who happen to need a good safe place to crash for a few.

tomorrow is hester's last class. yet another roomful of students who will never see the world the same. that is so awesome. way to go.

for the rest of the news, i need to actually go read some myself.

got to make some plans for the upcoming days. i do not like to not have plans with this much going on.

first hard freeze is tonight. retseh heard on the news there was a meteor shower. we went in search of it, but ended up shivering and staring at the rotating christmas tree across the street.
