lights

after about 4 hours i got used to the quiet. and the dark. the heat was my concern.

electricity is important.

so finally we have lights. as of around 3.

we have no action yet, but we do have lights.

i have never seen my dogs this quiet. i have never worried quite like this.

i slept fitfully through the night, concern for the dogs and the heat were suffocating. then someone knocked on my door. and there were no lights to see who it was. but i got it sorted out.

then this morning. blah, blah, blah... slept in the heat all day. close to the dogs. wet towels laying out all over.

my dreams this afternoon must have been inspired by fever as nothing in the real world could have done that today.

i am tired of typing. i am going to go lean on something under cold water with the dogs.
