delay indicted and frist being probed. what a great caption.

wow...what a day. not at all bad, just so busy. so many issues. learning or remembering a dozen different things until i forget most of them again.

last night was fun. so much for the small joys in life, huh? haha. i'll never name my pleasure again. our side of the street lost power at 8:07 and got it back sometime late this afternoon. lots of neighbors sitting outside chatting.

this morning i did the whole showering by flashlight thing.

liquid icecream and other assorted thawed freezer contents are feeling like a bad habit.

in summation, electricity is a very nice luxury. i am lucky to have it back this soon.

making the best of it... i am awed by the power of my 1982 9-volt Smurf radio. i listened to lively talk radio while i fell asleep last night. i finally got the first actual bit of news about the power outage while getting dressed this morning and then it played all day long for the dogs.

unlike it, i am out of power.

i have to work on the mag site and then i can go to bed.
