mood would be feisty

but no

i am sitting in the hotel room, ready to go to the hospital. well, not ready...but going to do it regardless.

wonder what it will be like to have a hand to hold. wonder if i can hold your hand a while. i like your hands...so soft.

i can't think of the hospital....or recovering...or anything at the moment aside from you, sitting there, concentrating on rolling...hair still wet from the shower. the very smell of you follows me around these days, traces on pillows and my quilt...in the air i breathe.

and it is nice

and even though i have to go scavaging in the depths of my soul this week, i am absolutely honored and eternaly grateful to be here with you, right now.
