flipping coins and i keep thinking that i opened the door to november without grasping the amount of change...(pun...haha)

most everyone knew i had my interview for a job a toay...

so let's review the facts...

the facts:

i am overqualified.

talked about their plans for service.

they only have 50 csr's...can you imagine?

they are eyeing that 90% sl goal and ramping because they are hitting 50%.

they are looking at getting 300 in the next year.

it is just a contract position for phone support.

she told me they needed team leads and managers.

it is a paycheck.

it is stress and talking to motherfucking end-users.

it is a job!

eh, you probably don't care about that stuff...

but i do.

cause i start training monday morning.
