the best emails ever

blah...blah...yes, i am aware that i left the code unfinished...shhhhh! *grin* i had other things to do. and now, having just gotten in and made the few minor adjustments to code and such...i am sitting here reeling. my inbox was full of the warmest, fuzziest emails i have seen in a really long time. they were the best emails, ever! i feel really blessed at the moment, for the people in my life...both old and new. and terri...my doll face, surely you must know that i will always love you. i remember our years together clearly and fondly. i am listening to "willow" right now and remembering making our little snowman...how much fun that was. *soft smile* thank you for the kind words and sentiments. i could never repay you the things you taught me...some of the best lessons of love, i learned from you. it made me a better person. and mouse...i wish i had the words. it is indeed my honor to be able to call you 'friend'. you are an incredible woman, and i feel priviledged to know you. and charlie and kaylah...awww, you have sweet puppies. i hope you are all staying warm and sleeping well on this night.
and bailey...my boy, i am too young for a son your age, no? *grin* it was so nice to see you and meet jo. thank you baby!
i have tucked a comrade in...she was trying to sleep with her glasses on and her watch in her pocket. hehehe so i am sitting here, and i have the strangest feeling...after reading those messages. tempered, i feel loved. and it makes me want to cry...to know that i have friends who do care and seem to go out of their way for little old me. *squeezes to you all* tonight was interesting... we met at the neighborhood black eyed pea for some food and made our way to the bar...and there were quite a few folks there. we played skip-bo in a booth...that is how cool we are. *nods* i am thinking mouse needs a new deck of skip-bo cards for christmas...one with all the cards. *grin* and that song is on! hahaha it is lush, singing "500 (shake baby shake)"...one of my all time favorite songs. and funnily enough, one of the lines is "they call you 'little mouse' by name in rome and turin"...that makes me smile. sometime during the night, the trio of women across the bar saw comrade and i "acknowledge it" and so they raised their hands as well...i scurried over to explain to them what they were doing...and wouldn't you know? i met another damn trainer. go figure, eh? i also met a very nice woman who works for american airlines. then comrade and i mosied over for a game of pool...and ended up playing pool with the two biggest cheating hussies we have ever met. and really...i appreciate the leopard print thong you so willingly showed me. *shudder* hot sexy bartender/singer chick cut them off. *chuckle* i have things to say...but i don't feel much like talking. i am really tired...and thinking my bed is a good idea. there are things i want to say about combustion and energy and inflection and lots of things...
i will give it another go on the 'morrow and perhaps i can say what i am feeling and thinking then. stay warm and hug yourself for me.
